Fox Emmy Post Party at Vibiana | Food & Beverage

This year’s  Fox Emmy Post Party menu, created by Redbird LA/Vibiana Chef/Owner Neal Fraser, highlighted the best of California’s late summer cuisine.

An elaborate raw bar featured Chef Fraser’s take on Tiradito, Poke, and Crudo, alongside a live oyster shucking station offering Kumamotos, Blue Points, Barnstables and Naked Cowboys with mignonette and wasabi snow.

The menu also featured nods to his newest outpost, Redbird, including Ras el Hanout Jidori Chicken with locally grown Roasted Weiser Farms Rainbow Carrots, as well as Jonathan Gold’s beloved Barbecue Smoked Tofu.

Chef Fraser helmed a set of Robata grills in the garden courtyard, serving skewers of filet alongside his spin on banchan style accompaniments including housemade kimchi.

Jashmine Corpuz, pastry Chef at both Redbird and Vibiana, created a custom Nitro Ice Cream Parlor, featuring Dragon’s Breath Meringues, Cocktail Floats and her modern spin on a classic Egg Cream.

Cocktails by Julian Cox included a Kentucky Afternoon, blending Bourbon, Honey Crispy Apple Juice, Peach and Cinnamon.

Fox Emmy Post Party at Vibiana | Design & Decor

The Fox Emmy After Party was recently held at Vibiana.

Revelry Event Designers collaborated with Mindy Weiss once again, incorporating the use of Revelry’s newest furniture lines into the fresh look of this year’s design.  Marks Garden’s beautiful blooms and Images by Lighting‘s dramatic uplighting set the ambiance of the room as guests enjoyed the best of California’s late summer cuisine by Chef Neal Fraser.
