Helena + Danny | A Blush, Gold and Black Wedding

Helena and Danny exchanged vows before family and friends in a late summer ceremony at Vibiana. Planned by Kelsey Events, the couple had a blush, gold and black wedding. Their ceremony included lush florals on gold candelabras that lined the aisle way and altar. L’Etoile Chocolatier & Flowers also lined the aisle with ivory petals.

Romantic details of the ceremony carried through to the design of the reception, with tablescapes that featured ivory, pink, and blush floral arrangements atop a black table lined with rose gold chairs. Gold mirrors from Etablir were used as table numbers and black napkins were placed on top of gold beaded chargers that tied the look of the tabletop together.

A six-tiered cake designed by L’Etoile Chocolatier & Flowers was the focal point at the reception. Placed at the altar and accented with gold and framed by large and medium-sized lanterns, this all-white cake with gilded detailing made a for a dramatic backdrop behind the Bride and Groom’s sweetheart table.

Guests enjoyed the rest of the night with entertainment provided by Invisible Touch. Callaway Gable and April Story Films were there to capture the celebration on film.

Megan + Adam | Sophisticated Silver Wedding

Megan and Adam tied the knot at  Vibiana in a sophisticated silver wedding filled with dove-grey hues, accented by natural elements of brass and washed woods.  Planned by Twine Events with photography by Carmen Santorelli, their wedding day was an event to remember.

The bride was a vision of classic beauty in a lace embellished white gown with an open back, with bridesmaids dressed in dove grey floor-length gowns. Her dashing groom and groomsmen in black tuxedos with a classic bow tie awaited the bride’s processional as the Bravo String Trio played. The altar was adorned in candles glowing in glass votives with a lush green and white floral display adding texture to the ceremony backdrop.

After saying “I do”, the main hall was transformed into an elegant reception with a color palette of soft gray with subtle silver and gold details. Centerpieces by The Little Branch made of mixed greenery sat tall in glass vases, adding height and texture to the design. Small mixed vessels dotted along the tabletops held single white floral stems and silver mercury glass candles added a romantic glow. Bottega Louie’s signature small pink boxes holding delicate macarons were placed on each table as a sweet gift for guests to take home after a memorable evening of celebrating Megan and Adam’s union.

Zojirushi 30th Anniversary Celebration

Vibiana hosted the Zojirushi 30th Anniversary Celebration for the appliance manufacturer, who thirty years ago opened in the American market. The event was inspired by Zojirushi’s origins in Japan and was designed and produced by  Innovate Marketing Group.

In lieu of a traditional cocktail reception, upon arrival guests were welcomed into an outdoor market with chefs at featured stations preparing takoyaki, grilled robata, and custom sushi hand rolls. A craft beer bar poured specialty local beers from Angel City that paired with the street food style hors d’oeuvres and small bites.

The main hall was filled with elegantly designed dinner tables and illuminated with blue and purple hues for the more formal dinner reception. Guests were treated to a firsthand experience of Zojirushi’s wide arrange of appliances, as many were featured as vessels for the creative and unique floral centerpieces. Featuring Zojirushi’s products at the table was part of a carefully planned detail from IMG as Amanda Ma, President of Innovate Marketing Group explained, “At IMG we are about creating one of a kind event experiences. We had a lot of fun putting this celebration together. Every detail is carefully curated. From the menu to the space design to the entertainment. Even incorporating clients products in the centerpieces and pop-up shops.”

The pop-up experiences continued throughout the evening during the reception and included a sake tasting experience and bar as well as a “Sweets & Treats” station featuring both American and Japanese desserts and candies.
