Redbird | Vibiana recently hosted an exclusive First Look dinner event with 50 of LA’s top producers and planners to debut the East and West Redbird private dining rooms as well as the newly renovated Nest, Cardinal’s Quarters, and Bishop’s Perch.
Chef Neal Fraser prepared a custom menu for the event:

Tobin Shea, Redbird | Vibiana Bar Director presented two of Redbird’s most popular cocktails for guests to enjoy during the cocktail reception – “Russian Spring” and “Thai Julep”.
The East Room is a versatile event space with a modern layout. The rectangular main hall runs parallel to an open JennAir kitchen, with sleek design and top of the line appliances, a 65” TV and SONOS sound system. The room leads to a patio with up-close views of Vibiana. The East Room is a perfect place to host a spirited cocktail party, a daytime corporate meeting and post-meeting fete, or an immersive Chef’s Table dining experience. The East Room can accommodate 30 guests for a seated dinner and 70 guests for a standing cocktail reception.
The Cardinal’s Quarters is our most historic room, as it is the renovated salon that once belonged to the Rectory’s former Cardinals. These private quarters breathe romance into the space, with a working fireplace, hand-carved detailing, and deep teal-hued walls. The Cardinal’s Quarters also features an en-suite restroom, a wide balcony, perched atop the Redbird Courtyard, with vistas of Vibiana and Downtown’s architectural backdrop enhancing the majestic quality of the space. The Cardinal’s Quarters can accommodate 44 seated, and 70 for a standing cocktail reception.
The Bishop’s Perch is the speakeasy of Redbird’s private dining spaces. This suite is on our top floor and sits above the rest of our private rooms. The Bishop’s Perch is the perfect spot for intimate celebrations—engagement parties, birthday or business dinners—of 20 or less. The Bishop’s Perch features modern décor in the square dining room, flanked by its own en-suite restroom and a cozy garden patio, where Vibiana’s belfry and the Financial District skyscrapers illuminate the evening sky. The Bishop’s Perch can accommodate 20 seated and 30 for a standing cocktail reception.
The Nest evokes the feeling of hosting guests in your own home. Upon entering, guests are greeted into an open JennAir kitchen, leading out onto our portico lounge and patio dining spaces. The Nest lives up to its name, giving guests a bird’s eye view of the entire Vibiana and Redbird compound, with the LA skyline as its backdrop. Its breathtaking urban views make The Nest a perfect fit for rehearsal dinners and intimate family receptions. The Nest also functions as an excellent space for corporate meetings and receptions, with a SONOS sound system and full audio/visual capabilities. The Nest can accommodate 36 seated, and 50 for a standing cocktail reception.
Our largest private dining space is found in The West Room. This spacious dining hall features high ceilings, with hand-painted original beams, a 65” TV, SONOS sound system and a petite balcony overlooking Redbird’s restaurant. Several table arrangements are available, based on your party’s size. The West Room can accommodate a seated dinner of 85 guests, and a standing cocktail reception of up to 150.
